Agile Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the adoption of Agile principles by teams,
• Designing and supporting end-to-end processes in projects,
• Delivering training to instill an Agile culture within the organization,
• Coaching and guiding teams to enhance their performance,
• Integrating Agile practices into workflows and processes.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach
• Proven ability to deliver training in at least one of the following areas: Agile Methodologies, Project Management, or Business Analysis
• Preferably capable of coaching in English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong connections with teams
• Open to learning and development

CERTIFICATIONS

• Required: Must hold at least one of the PSM or PSPO certifications
• Preferred: Additional Agile certifications such as ACP or SAFe are highly desirable

• Çevik prensiplerin ekipler tarafından benimsenmesini sağlamak,
• Projelerde uçtan uca süreçleri kurgulamak ve desteklemek,
• Eğitimler vererek organizasyona çeviklik kültürünü aşılamak,
• Takımların performansını artırmak için koçluk yapmak ve yönlendirmek,
• Çevik uygulamaların süreçlere entegre edilmesini sağlamak.

GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Agile Coach olarak minimum 2 yıl deneyimli
• Çevik Yaklaşımlar, Proje Yönetimi veya İş Analizi alanlarından en az birinde eğitim verebilme deneyimi
• Tercihen İngilizce koçluk yapabilecek
• Etkili iletişim becerilerine sahip
• Ekiplerle güçlü bağlar kurabilen
• Öğrenmeye ve gelişime açık.

SERTİFİKA

• Zorunlu: PSM/PSPO sertifikalarından en az birine sahip olması.
• Tercih Sebebi: ACP, SAFe gibi ek Agile sertifikalara sahip olması.
