Head of Finance

Our client, operating in the rapidly growing crypto asset industry, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance who will lead the company’s financial management and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy.

This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, capital expenditure planning, and financial performance management, while also coordinating group consolidation processes and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting functions from both strategic and operational perspectives
• Support the General Manager in financial strategic decision-making processes
• Oversee the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all accounting and financial reporting activities
• Manage the company’s cash flow planning and liquidity management
• Lead budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting processes
• Manage CAPEX planning and monitor investment expenditures
• Conduct financial performance analysis and present insights to senior management
• Develop financial models to support the company’s growth and investment strategies
• Coordinate group consolidation and financial reporting processes with affiliated companies
• Identify and manage financial risks and implement effective control mechanisms
• Represent the company in financial reporting, audit, and regulatory processes
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting structures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, financial planning, and analysis
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Experience in CAPEX planning and investment financial analysis
• Solid knowledge of cash flow management and financial risk management
• Experience with group consolidation and financial reporting processes
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or crypto asset industries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to work closely with senior management and contribute to business decisions
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Good command of English is preferred
