Job Overview

General Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing HR Business Partners (HRBPs),
  • Proven experience working with technology teams,
  • Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred,
  • Strong understanding of HR strategies and business alignment,
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change,
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies,
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for technology teams and other departments as needed,
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters,
  • Drive talent management and development initiatives to foster employee growth and performance,
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and teams,
  • Support organizational change initiatives and assist with change management strategies,
  • Partner with senior leaders to assess and address workforce challenges and opportunities,
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner,
  • Ensure HR programs and policies are effectively implemented and followed.
